I need help purchasing an electronic dart board for my husband?

I don’t know anything about dart boards and need help picking out the perfect one.. Can anyone help? I found these 2 and know that Halex is a good brand.

Does it really need to be an electronic one? A normal dart board is more than adequate to play a game of arrows on, I feel.
