Activities for a 4 MO?

My son has gotten to the point where he is no longer napping as often and wants to do new things. I read to him daily and play little peek a boo games and also he sits in the swing and is exploring new toys. But I want to know what is a good routine for a baby that is no longer a newborn and ready to start learning to crawl and wiggle around?

My daughter is so different and was a lot slower than him. He has been rolling over since he was 3 MO. He also blows bubbles and like to watch NOGGIN and my daughter didn’t do those things until she was 7 or 8 months old.

He doesn’t like to lay flat on his back and fusses when I put him down, he already is a master at rolling over. I try to have him sit up but he keeps his legs straight like he would rather stand!? Any ideas? Also when I hold him he won’t sit straight, he wiggles around like he is in a jumper so it is hard to hold him for too long. Any advice? Thanks! HE is really active and lively and fusses because he gets bored.
