GRAND THEFT AUTO 4!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

Ok, i’m like 93% done with grand theft auto 4 (gta 4) on my ps3
i just got the trophies update so now i receive trophies for my achievements. When i turned on gta 4 it said that I couldn’t receive trophies for old saves, but i would receive trophies if i started a new game. Should I start a new game just to get my trophies?
I have completed the following:
ALL the missions
ALL of lil jacob’s drug deliveries
ALL of brucie’s exotic exports
ALL of brucie’s races
ALL of the assasin missions
ALL of 30 most wantd people
ALL of vigilante missions
ALL of stevie’s car thefts
unlocked all friend abilities
took ALL my friends to ALL the places the can go
met ALL random characters
completed ALL stunt jumps
killed 50 pigeons
won a game of pool
won a game of bowling
ALL I HAVE LEFT IS TO :
WIN A GAME OF DARTS
BEAT THE HIGH SCRE IN QU3B3D
KILL 150 PIGEONS
SHOULD I START OVER JUST 4 THE TROPHIES OR NOT?

No, GTA 4 Is hard to finish so finish It, then you can start over again for the trophies and that way you can play it bit by bit.
