Where can I buy dart supplies, specifically a scoreboard, in Chicago area?

I live in the NW side of Chicago (Edgebrook) and need to find a store/bar that sells dart supplies. I specifically need a new scoreboard, preferrably one of those black ones with the white pencils. Please let me know of any such locations.
