What is the expected value of a random dart throw at a standard dart board?

If not for the bullseye and double/triple areas, the answer would be 10. My guess is the answer is around 15.

Assuming you hit the scoring area of the dartboard, according to my calculations … the expected value of the dart is approximately 13.2 (if only whole number values are considered then either 13 or 14). I calculated this by using the area of the various segments of the dartboard multiplying the probability by the value of a dart landing in that area, and taking the sum of those values. The link below is where I got the dimensions … I think the logic is sound … but I ran through it pretty quickly.
