where can I find the pretzel shaped teething toy for infants. Made out of hard rubber?

these are a pretzel look a like made out of a rubber material and are baby teething toys

Babies r us, The brand is “Especially for babies.” And the product is The All In One Healthcare kit. I hope you find it. My dauther uses the bunny from publix with the rubber hands and this monkey ring from Sassy. She doesnt even look twice at that pretzel…I take it back after I wrote this I saw her playing with it and she fell asleep with it in her hands.
